Next year I am going to get even more serious about a crafting deadline. Maybe Nov. 15 or even Oct. 31. But I don't really like working under pressure.

Oh yes, I hear you on the clean kitchen. Or anything that doesn't stay done in the housework department ... Other than very basic maintenance and dishes, I didn't even try to clean mine before Christmas. Now it needs deep cleaning, but that's okay because now I have time to do it.

Thanks for the kind wishes. I did see God bless my day in many wonderful ways ... the festive way the nursing home staff set up a little lunch table for us ... the faraway grandson who said our gift was "one of the best gifts that I got" ... the local grandkids who were so tickled with their gifts ... my sweet daughter who does such a beautiful job caring for her family. Countless blessings.Mrs.Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00392321745556290343noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38583012.post-55303722471266426532016-12-26T14:39:47.702-05:002016-12-26T14:39:47.702-05:00You know, I didn't get all of the ornaments on...You know, I didn't get all of the ornaments on our tree either, Mary. I don't know if I ever use them all, actually. But I used a lesser amount than usual, and in general did less decorating than usual. And I was okay with that too!Mrs.Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00392321745556290343noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38583012.post-44554485169522095162016-12-22T23:28:27.560-05:002016-12-22T23:28:27.560-05:00I think Christmas gifts from someone's kitchen...I think Christmas gifts from someone's kitchen is so special. Lots of wome...I like your husband's suggestion! Lots of women could benefit from that advice, including me. Are you one who works best under pressure? I baked today and messed up my clean kitchen. If everything would just stay done, I'd be all set. It's the having to do things over and over. All the best as you finish your chores and many sweet blessings.
