It was actually from a December issue, for which the cranberry-orange flavors were especially appropriate, but it sure tasted good in June! It occurred to me that this might be a good recipe to file away for use during the holiday season, when quick and tasty recipes are even more of a necessity than usual. Your family would probably enjoy these chops, too! I served them with mashed potatoes (instant; we love the Idahoan Baby Reds) and mixed vegetables. A good easy meal for any time of the year!
