A cookie recipe to try: Chocolate Mint Sugar Cookie Bars

Photo from Inside BruCrew Life
These Chocolate Mint Sugar Cookie Bars might be a fun recipe to try now with an eye to cookie exchanges closer to Christmas.  Jocelyn at Inside BruCrew Life is a talented and creative baker, and I highly recommend that you check out her site.

Jocelyn has several recipes for these sugar cookie-type bars, and they are so good!  It's nice, too, to be able to make frosted sugar cookies so quickly.  These chocolate mint bars could be the hit of your cookie exchange.  But they'd be refreshing in summer, too, so don't hesitate to bake up a batch.  They don't take long in the oven.

  3. Let me know if you try them! I'm planning to. I tried another similar recipe of Jocelyn's that was a lemon sugar cookie bar. They turned out delicious and I'm sure these would be even better!
