On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being Scrooge-like and 10 being Buddy the Elf, how's your Christmas spirit?
Based on the true reason for celebration, the birth of Christ, I'll say a 10. Because that's the reality. Based on how I'm personally feeling right now, I'll say a 7. I'd feel a lot more Christmasy if I had started sooner with everything. It's been a crazy year in more ways than one!
I am definitely behind on my shopping with the virus going crazy around here. I am trying to get that finished up this weekend. I think we all feel a little less than festive but truly understand the gift of Jesus maybe more than usual. I have done less of the usual stuff but I am reading my bible and spending more time with Him in prayer so I am just going to count that as a win and let Him work in me.
